We’re Not Just Haulers

Like many other cities in Indiana, hospitals are the top two employers in South Bend, with the University of Notre Dame running right behind. Memorial Hospital places a large emphasis on research and development which is amazing because the work done in these R&D labs not only helps the people of South Bend, they help the whole world. With 500 beds in Memorial alone, the South Bend healthcare system sees an impressive amount of patients a year. While it’s great these patients are getting the help they need this creates a large amount of medical and biohazardous waste. Depending on which medical waste disposal company you use this can be expensive. A lot of our competitors are just haulers. They take the waste from you and have a 3rd party disposal facility destroy it and charge you a premium for the pleasure.
